the problem is when freinds voting then it can not reflix real level of the wallpapers and banners and videos quality.. as some participants will beg and ask for these votes from their freinds.even they vote for themselves and i know freinds voting is just a part of ranking but it still affect on the results as we saw in the pervious contest . it makes some participant go to the higher postion after he was in the last down postion by fxopen votes ..and this is not fair..it will turn the contest into who got more freinds and who got more members in his local forum section !
i hoped voting would be only by a jury honorable team members chosen by you manager .. to make this contest away from scamming and vote begging

Best Wallpaper Banner and Video Will Be Lauch again
a lot of member love this contest as a prove from my section there are 6 contestan (whidie, d3d3, padang bulan, roronoa, pips dragon and Me. at the begginneng only one contestan than become to 2 and 6 I believe in the next competition

2. I also want to ask when this contest result will be annoucce? currently I am working with my another
wallpaper for the next competition

3. and more question how to withdran this contest prize?

still some participant collect voters by making accounts from other ip address.. you can see their account names in blacks manager.. how come this can be fair game play? i suggest to not consider any black account as new accounts or banned account in the voting count.. only the old good well known users with minimum 100 posts can be counted as a voter ... by this only we can make it harder on any scamming i guess. this in your hand manager you can control it . even you said manager that voting will be closed in 1 week which means the last time for voting was in 14 - 8 -2012 and today i can see some black account voting to some participant!!!!

and i wonder is this acceptable in voting to make multi accounts from different ips to just voting to win a contest... and even their joining date is after 14 - 8 - 2012 the date you manager spacified to be the end of voting so please manager check this please we want this contest more clean and more fair than the previous contests.. i always trust your judgment manager .
