Most probably you will need to reinstal your MT4 and try again.

Are you sure that you have the correct password and account number?
If you reinstall MT4, you should make sure that you completely delete the previously installed folder before reinstalling in case there is a corrupted setting in there somewhere.

Common error usually happens when connection to the server times out. This is a connection problem. Could be a program or a firewall delaying the responce or perhaps the connection itself.
