25$ bonus is not withdrawable. You can withdrawal only the profit over 25$ after 15 trades each of them + or - 3 pips minimum.

15 trades which on $25 are most likely 0.1 lots in size so 1.5 lots. The trades must be closed at +3 or -3 pips to qualify.

so presuming that :
if you have made $25 (arround 25-30pips on 0.1 lot) from a trading, you will be entitled to withdraw the $25 generated from your trade

but, you will not be able to withdraw the $25 bonus..

Yes you have to work for your money. There aren't many free lunches in this world but at least FX Egypt gives you a $25 tub of butter to spread on your trading sandwich.
