The Rock is going to make some homework in Elliot Wave. The Rock want to ask if anyone, and The Rock means anyone have trading elliot wave for past few year (2000), please give The Rock your workspace from 1hr, 4hr and daily charts. The Rock will appreciate that.

Elliott's work on corrective wave patterns allows me to identify countertrend moves within trending markets. Because I'm familiar with these patterns and their characteristics, I can anticipate the points where and when countertrend moves will most likely end. The more familiar you are with corrective wave patterns, the closer you are to being in the right place at the right time when the larger trend resumes."
There are two modes of wave development: motive and corrective. Motive waves have a five-wave structure, while corrective waves have a three-wave structure or a variation thereof. Motive mode is employed by both the five-wave pattern and its same-directional components, i.e., waves 1,3, and 5. Their structures are called "motive," because they powerfully impel the market. Corrective mode is employed by all counter-trend interruptions, which include waves 2 and 4. Their structures are called "corrective," because each one appears as a response to the preceding motive wave yet accomplishes only a partial retracement, or "correction," of the progress it achieved.

Aku pun nk kongsi ckit pasal EW ni.. Dlu mmg pening nk pk pasal phi, devine proportion & fibo ni.. Last� aku g kedai buku & trjumpa buku ni, "The Da Vinci Code".. Masa tu baru� la gak kua cte da vinci code ni.. Lepas aku baca buku ni baru la phm sedikit sebanyak tuk wat panduan camne nk kira EW ni.. Pasal EW ni ada mcm� patern, ada yg zig zag, ada yg ascending triangle, diagonal triangle.. Mcm� lg la.. Korg ble try tgk kt cni

sayapun baru belajar,
yang saya faham, EW tu hanya teori,..price akan naik dengan 5wave, di susuli dengan turun dengan 3wave...ataupun, turun dengan 5wave, disusulu dengan naik dengan 3wave...simple je kan..tapi tak selalunya betul...

if my memory serves me right..tuk cari wave 1, u do need to analyze graph bebnyk dan mendalam, EW is not very easy, tp kalo dah master..then very good.
