Hello Forex Traders

I would like to announce a new Pivot and Camarilla Calculator programmed & designed by me using Visual Basic 6

This Calculator will calculate Pivot Points levels and also Camarilla Levels which are very important for expert traders as these levels reflect support and resistence areas for currency price

I hope you will find it a useful tool for your daily trading , will keep posting here any new version of this calculator because I was thinking to add Fibonacci levels too soon

what is camarilla?

Camarilla consist of 8 levels which are
Support L1 , L2 , L3 , L4
Resistance H1 , H2 , H3 , H4

the mot important levels are H3 --> H4 & L3 --> L4
the theory says that when price reach H3 level it will probably reverse and goes from long to short position but if price move above H3 and breakthrough H4 then it will probably keep going long

same thing , when price reach L3 level it will probably reverse and goes from Short to Long position but if price move Below L3 and breakthrough L4 then it will probably keep going Short

I noticed that EUR/JPY is the most currency pair that respect H3 and L3 levels of Camarilla

Here is a live chart from yesterday 03/5/2007 that shows you how camarilla levels are great especially on EUR/JPY Pair

first you take yesterday High , low , close , open for 02/5/2007
Open : 163.09
high :163.38
Low : 162.52
Close :163.34

put these numbers in calculator and it will give you the H3 + L3 levels
H3 = 163.58
L3 =163.10

see chart of 03/5/2007 below and you will see that price of eur/yen when reach L3 level it goes LONG
and when it reaches H3 level it goes SHORT

i try this calculator...for GU pair and get this result

H4=1.9858
H3=1.9835
H2=1.9827
H1=1.9820
L1=1.9804
L2=1.9797
L3=1.9789
L4=1.9766

is this a good time to short?
