I am trying a new EA on your platform
when I put the EA in the exepert path directory and run the terminal this what happen the EA disappear as some one deleted it

thanks for cosidration but I think that the problem in my account number as when I try to run the termeinal offeline with no connection at all I found the same problem i.e this EA particullarly I found it deleted how ?? I dont Know then I put it in the same path and re-run the terminal and the result is the same really I cant imagine what is happening please try to help me

I received answer from technical departament:
Trading using EAs on Demo and Real accounts is available.
EA which you show to us is compiled file ( it means that it's impossible to open it to check for original script). We recomend to contact producer of that EA and check this problem with him.

But I think that you stil dotn get my Idea well
this EA I tried it on other platforms for other companies and it works with no problems and there is no problem about coding or scripting of the EA really I can understand morever just few days before it was working om your platform very well but suddenly I didinot find it in the directory of exeperts and I am sure none deleted it

just a question for you I want to Know when you put this EA in the path and run the terminal are finding it in the tree view of exeperts intalled or not?

you can try removing unused EA or Custom Indicator from the \Experts or \indicators folder i notice that MT have some limit of custom indicators if you put more than the limit those indicators will not appear at the navigators pane and make sure the file location is correct

here is example

Experts folder C:\Program Files\MetaTrader\experts
Custom Indicators C:\Program Files\MetaTrader\experts\Indicators
