Yes it is correct that you can't close the position manually at that price because it's already too close to your TP. It's only 1 pip away.

With MT platform, the broker can set freezelevel where we can't manually change the position at all if the current price is already within that distance to TP or SL.

I don't know what is freezelevel set by fxopen. Usually around 3 to 5 pips away. Probably someone from fxopen cares to answer.
