Semalam, g/u telah melepasi barrier 2.0000 ke atas. Hari ini, dengan selesa mendaki lagi di sekitar 2.0070 ke atas. Apa yang memyebabkan US begitu weak minggu ini?
Big trader memang telah nekad akan naikkan GU pada paras melebihi 2.0 pada tahun ini. Pada level ini...GU boleh melakukan penerjunan pada bila-bila masa. Mengikut analysis kami, resistance yg perlu di lalui oleh GU adalah sekitar price 2.0100....sekiranya melepasi resistance ini..GU akan pergi lebih jauh malah akan cuba utk break HIGH tahun 1980 iaitu 2.4540Originally Posted by arialun

If the minutes come out with the vote at 5:4, that means that the hike this month is extremely likely, because it was already so close last month, and GBP/USD may possibly increase by 50 pips or more in the first 30 minutes of the report. If the vote was 9:0, it means that everyone was unanimous about not raising rates, and that decreases the chances for the rate hike this month, so GBP/USD may possibly decrease by 50 pips or more in the first 30 minutes of the report. I may even go long or short, even if the vote is less dramatic, but that will depend on where the price is at before the report.

We have US Philly Fed Index coming out at 12:00 pm New York Time, which is expected to come out at 2.0 If it comes out at 20 or higher, that would be the highest reading since April of 2005, and a very high psychological reading, so GBP/USD may possibly go down by 50 pips or more in the first hour of the report. If it comes out at -20 or more negative, it would be the lowest reading since 2001, and GBP/USD may possibly go up by 50 pips or more in the first hour of the report. Like on Canadian CPI, I may possibly use less conservative triggers, but remember, if you do decide to do the same, expect a smaller move.
